2. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: To reserve a vehicle, you must provide accurate and complete information about your transportation needs, including the date, time, pick-up/drop-off locations, and any special requests. By booking our services, you authorize Prestige Limousine to charge your provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount. You also agree it is your responsibility to inform your passengers or guests of these terms and conditions and you acknowledge that they have all also agreed to them by booking with us. Anyone who doesn’t agree or acknowledge these terms will not be let on the bus.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made within [insert number] hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amount will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made outside of this time frame may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to our discretion.

3. Liability and Indemnification

• Injury or Damage: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during transportation, Prestige Limousine shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the course of transportation. By booking our services, you agree to release Prestige Limousine from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.
• Vehicle Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your use, including but not limited to spills, stains, or excessive cleaning requirements. Any damage incurred will be assessed, and you may be charged for repairs or cleaning fees, as deemed necessary by Prestige Limousine.

4. Conduct

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using our services. This includes but is not limited to illegal substance use, disorderly conduct, or any behavior that may jeopardize the safety or comfort of other passengers or the chauffeur.

• Collection of Information: Prestige Limousine respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected through our Website or during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Miscellaneous

CD, DVD, iPod, TV, Lighting, A/C, Heat, etc.) and or breakdowns. Prestige Limousine assumes not responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings or any items left in the vehicles.
• Deposits. All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations. All booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Prestige Limousine asks that you be 100% committed before booking.
• Conduct. Prestige Limousine reserves the right to interrupt and/or terminate any charter without refund and/or call for police assistance if the chauffeur or chaperone on duty have been verbally or physically abused or threatened by the customers on board or have reason to believe that the safety and integrity of the vehicle and passengers are in endangered by the customers behavior or have reason to believe the passengers on board are in possession of any illegal material and/or substance. Moreover, Prestige Limousine reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
